The City of Solon Community Center offers exceptional rental opportunities for its banquet facilities. Our banquet room can be rented as one large room or as a combination of three separate rooms. The entire banquet room can accommodate gatherings up to 240 guests based on the requested set-up. Each individual room can host up to 75 people based on the requested set-up. From late spring to late fall, each individual room opens to a beautiful terrace area that is perfect for cocktails or dining alfresco.

In addition to the terrace, the community center banquet rooms also feature a caterer’s kitchen, drop-down ceiling screens for audiovisual presentations along with internet connections.

• All banquet room rentals have a two hour minimum rental, which includes set-up and tear down. On Saturday evening rentals, renter has access to the room 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
  
• All banquet room rentals have a refundable $300.00 security deposit. Additional deposit and rental fees will be given to groups that rent audio/visual equipment.
• If more than one party is in progress at the same time, the respective renters might need to share the kitchen.
• Solon Community Center Members receive a 10% discount. This membership discount does not apply to the room security deposit.
• If the renter is serving alcohol, a police officer is required from the Solon Police Department throught the Solon Recreation Department. It is the responsibility of the renter to pay the officer at the end of the function.
