IMPORTANT - NEW COMMUNITY CENTER POLICY
Beginning June 1, 2007, the Solon Community Center will be enforcing ordinance 274.085 of the administration code which was enacted by the Mayor of Solon and Solon City Council, whereby convicted sex offenders will be denied entrance to and use of all Solon Community Center facilities. This action is necessary to properly protect our residents, members and guests.
Please be advised the new policy of the Solon Community Center will be as follows:
All first time members or any persons age 18 and above renewing a membership must provide a valid driver's license.
All daily guests will also be required to provide a valid driver's license for entry into any of the Solon Community Center facilities.
There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping make the Solon Community Center a safe place for all to enjoy. Documentation required for obtaining a Solon Community Center membership will be:
- A valid driver's license for all applicants 18 and above.
- One (1) proof of Solon residency; a current utility bill, bank statement, or a checkbook. Any document used must have a Solon address.
